Evaluation is an important tool for the evaluation of projects by which are at various stages of the project cycle identified inadequate procedures and activities. Based on the results of the evaluation the relevant conclusions, recommendations and actions are prepared for the further implementation within existing or new projects.

 Our intention:

Obtain information necessary to improve operations, either in the financial field by optimizing operating costs, either on the content field by comparing planned and achieved results.

Activities, which are carried out:

• Conducting a preliminary (ex ante) evaluation,
• Conducting a formative or process (interim) evaluation or
• Conducting a summative (ex post) evaluation.
