To justify the use of certified appropriated funds the planned activities must actually be carried out which also requires the preparation of reports and claims for payment.

Coordination and management of project planned activities is necessary for the successful implementation of the project. In this way you can avoid potential errors that can be detected by the EK only after the completion of the project, and can in extreme cases lead to the reimbursement of funds already received.

 Our intention:

Reduce the burden of experts involved in the project with project management activities, that they can devote on content of the work that adds value to the applicant.
