The project is a time-limited activity with the aim to produce a product, to carry out service or to achieve a result. Each project begins with a business idea, which usually occurs in the working place. It is a creative process, which is essentially a problem solving process.

However, every business idea is successful. It is necessary to check whether the idea is in line with the company’s strategy, whether is innovative or has sufficiently large market, whether it is feasible or is justified and will achieve its long-term purpose.
